PHILADELPHIA Feb. 1, 2016 — While we appreciate our members every week, this Sunday to Saturday is special. During Member Appreciation Week, Weavers Way members get an additional 5 percent off all their purchases at all Co-op stores. It’s the Co-op’s annual thank-you to our members, who are also our owners, for supporting us and sharing our vision of a more sustainable, more just, more cooperative world.

We’ll be having local product demonstrations, food sampling, live music and lots of other fun stuff all week. And cake, of course, Friday afternoon in both Chestnut Hill and Mt. Airy.

Anyone who joins during Member Appreciation Week will get the 5 percent member discount right away, and also will receive a special New Member goodie bag ($25 value) and a chance to win a free year of membership.
