The 9th Annual Sustainability Film Series is presented by Pennypack Farm & Educaton Center, and is co-sponsored by the Ambler Theater and Weavers Way Co-op.

In March, we will show No Impact Man, the story of author Colin Beavan, who went completely "green" and gave up virtually all of the comforts of modern living — electricity, gas-powered transportation, shipped food and public waste disposal — in a drastic effort to curb his environmental impact. The cameras captured the toll this well-intentioned, year-long project took on Beavan's wife and baby daughter, as well as the ways it brought this family closer together.

Weavers Way's own Zero-Waste Consultant, Alisa Shargorodsky, will be leading a Q&A after the film.
