Check out the annual plant sale at Ned Wolf Park, around the corner from the Mt. Airy Co-op. Get there at 10 a.m. sharp for the best choice of plant divisions and seedlings donated by active local gardeners as well as many plants raised by local growers. You can also choose from thousands of perennials, annuals, tree seedlings, shrubs and all manner of donated garden paraphernalia in support of the group that maintains this public garden. (In case of heavy rain, the sale will be Sunday.)
