During the Zero Waste General Membership Meeting, your children are invited to participate in guided art-making with Mindy Flexer. They will be turning old paper into something beautiful and new by constructing cards, envelopes, pictures, small books, or other works of art. Bring old calendars, greeting cards, magazines, wrapping paper or other interesting paper, or use ours.

Staff from Summit's Children Program will also be on site to help mind your little ones-Summit Children’s Program’s is more than a preschool, daycare or childcare program; it is a part of the local community and micro-environment of Mt. Airy. For more than forty years Summit Children's Program has provided a unique, safe and nurturing place for all children to learn, socialize, and explore the natural world around them. If the weather's good, your kids will be able to enjoy the Schuylkill Center's play yard and the grounds close by the event hall.
