Village to Village Networks across the country are committed to expanding "opportunity, choice, support and care for all older people."  In our area,  Northwest Village Network, East Falls Village, and Penn’s Village are joining forces to present a live broadcast from Boston featuring Dr. Gawande speaking on “The Value of Community and Choices as We Grow Older:"

Monday, February 13, 4:00 – 6:30 pm, at the Skyline Room, 4th floor, Free Library of Philadelphia Central Branch,  1901 Vine Street.

This event is a continuation of programming sponsored by Northwest Village Network in partnership with Weavers Way Co-op, Mt. Airy USA and Ralston My Way.  By promoting education and advocacy, the programming is intended to suppor residents in our neighborhoods who are advancing in years and growing less independent. as well as their caretakers, family members, and others who may be disabled or chronically ill.
