Weavers Way Wellness Workshop: Learn to Move with Ease Again - Discover the Feldenkrais Method!
The Feldenkrais Method is a gentle, soothing, body-centered approach to learning that draws on the brain's unique ability to reorganize itself and therefore change habitual patterns of behavior. By using gentle movement and directed attention, self-awareness is enhanced and everyday movements become easier. In this free workshop, sponsored by the Weavers Way Health & Wellness Committee, you will be guided through a classic "Awareness Through Movement" lesson. Please be prepared to lie on a mat on the floor.

Joanne Fagerstrom has been a physical therapist since 1978 and a Feldenkrais practitioner since 2004.
