Free "Intro to Yoga" workshop in Chestnut Hill at the beautiful Healing Arts Studio on Highland Ave! This is a great opportunity for all you Co-op members who have never gotten into a pose or ever tried guided breathwork before! Weavers Way Member and experienced, professional Yoga teacher, Sofi Milani will gently guide you through some very basic poses and help you learn to use your own breath as a tool for releasing tension. Weavers Way Workshops are a function of our member engagement programs.
