Thursday, September 15, 2016 - 7:00pm to 8:30pm

Join Weavers Way members and nutritionists Jennifer Hall and Wendy Romig to discuss "How to Stay Healthy When Life Gets out of Balance."

Chronic psychological stress increases levels of inflammation, leading to a higher risk of chronic disease, and certain foods can also either prevent or trigger inflammation. At this workshop and cooking demo, you can learn about important foods for lowering inflammation that can help reduce the effects of stress on the body. Discover steps to strengthen your body's defenses and maintain overall balance during stressful times.
