Virtual Event: Tips for a Better Sleep with Dr. Sarah Whitman

In this one-hour class, you will learn ten tips to get better sleep, as well as several practices that you can do at night when you're having trouble sleeping. A Zoom link for the class will be sent to you when you register. Dr. Sarah Whitman is a Chestnut Hill resident and a psychiatrist in private practice in Flourtown. She works primarily with patients with chronic pain and with college students. During this unusual, stressful time, she wanted to offer some wellness practices that can benefit our community, as well as raise money for Philabundance in this time of food insecurity.
